Create/Manage Listings Page (Listing Inventory)

You can create a Client Listings Page to display all of your listings (active, pending or sold) in one place for potential buyers or sellers to see. Note: Not all TourFactory Authorized Providers offer this feature to their agents.
How to create a Listings Page:
Step 1: Click Account tab
Step 2: Click Listing Pages tab
Step 3: Click “Create a New Listings Page”
Step 4: Choose type of Listings Page
Step 5: Update URL (optional)
Step 6: Click “Customize”
Step 7: Update design settings
Step 8: Update property site settings
Step 9: Click “OK”
Step 10: Switch status to “Active”

Step-by-Step:
Step 1: Click the “Account tab” at the top of the page.
Step 2: Select “Listing Pages” from the left side tool bar.
Step 3: Click the “Create a New Listings Page” button to create a new page.
Step 4: First to choose the type of Inventory Page you would like by clicking the pencil to the right of the current Inventory Page type. The “Embed” options display only the property sites. The “Page” options display headers/footers of your information. Lastly, the “Enhanced” option has more customization available such as a media player, additional branding, and a contact form.
Step 5: If desired, customize the Listing Page URL by clicking the paper/pencil icon to the right of the existing URL.
Step 6: For additional edits, click the “Customize” button.
Step 7: In the Config section, you can make changes to the design settings. Choose your own fonts, and upload an image that will be displayed when the Listing Page URL is shared to social media.
Step 8: In the Property Sites section, you are able to choose what properties you would like displayed on your Listings Page.
Step 9: Once you have made all of your changes, click “OK”. Note: Changes can be made to the page at anytime.
Step 10: Now, switch status to “Active” to make it visible to the public. To delete a duplicate Client Listing Page, select archived from the drop down. Note: You can include this page on your property websites as well, click here for those instructions.
