Updating Personal Information and Headshot/Office Logo

 

Step 1: Navigate to Account Tab
Step 2: Determine which information to update 

Step 3: Update/add It's All About You info

Step 4: Update/add Billing address

Step 5: Update/add Default Design & Flyer

Step 6: Update/add Social Media info

Step 7: Update/add Advanced Account Customization

Step 8: Update/add Headshot and/or Office Photo

Step 9: Click Save Updates

Step-by-Step:

 

Step 1: Click the Account tab in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Determine what information you would like to update.

Step 3: To update the It's All About You section, click the fields and enter the info you wish to be saved. The red asterisk notate required fields, all other fields are optional. It is important to know that it is the ‘Your Name (displayed to your clients)’ field will be displayed on all marketing materials. The email address listed in the ‘Email Address (Primary)’ will be used for all communication with TourFactory as well as for your account login. Note: You must click the Save Updates button at the very bottom of the page or the updates will not be saved. 

Step 4: Add or Update the Billing Address. Note: This is an optional field.

Step 5: Choose a Default Design & Flyer setting. Note: This is an optional field.

Step 6: Add your social media information for many different platforms. Note: this is an optional field.

Step 7: Add/Update Advanced Account Customization; you can add a standard message for all of your Weekly Traffic Reports. Note: This is an optional field.


Step 8: To update your headshot and or office logo, you will follow the same steps. For office logos: Logos can be uploaded both with portrait and landscape orientation this will help ensure proper placement on print marketing materials. For headshots: Determine the file type of your photo (JPEG or PNG) and click the photo icon or existing headshot to update. 


After clicking the photo icon/existing headshot, you will select the photo you wish to upload. Select the photo and click Open. 

Note: If you try to upload the wrong file type the system will give you an error. Correct by uploading either a JPEG, PNG/GIF file.

Step 9: You must click ‘Save Updates’ to save any changes made.
