Understand your Traffic Reports

Your Weekly Traffic Report is located in the property's Site Summary tab. Here you can view your Dashboard, preview your Report, add a Subscriber, and get a Referral link.

Dashboard
Understanding your Dashboard View:
Site Traffic Graph
Change the date range in this section to see a breakdown of your property site views. The top right-hand corner shows a total of views for Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days and All Time.
Top Media
This section shows the top 10 images viewed on your site.
Top Referrers
This section shows the top 10 websites where your property site is being accessed from.
Top Cities
This section shows the top 10 cities where your property site has been viewed.
Report
Understanding Your Weekly Traffic Report:
Traffic for the Week
Displays the number of photo views within the last week.
Weekly Traffic History
Displays the number of photo views over the last 13 weeks. Note: this section will not be present until there is more than 13 weeks of data to pull from.
Most Viewed Media
Displays the top 6 viewed images. Note: this is recorded when a person is looking at the Media Gallery and they select an image to view larger.
Traffic by City
Displays the number of hits recorded within a certain city for the life of the property site so far. The top 7 cities will be displayed; remaining hits can be viewed in the additional section.
Top Referring Websites
Displays the top 5 websites that the property site has been hit from; remaining hits can be viewed in the additional section. This is displayed as a percentage of the overall hits for the life of the property site so far.
Visitors This Week
Displays a breakdown of the visitors that hit the property site during the current week.
New Visitors - have never looked at the property site before
Returning Visitors - have looked at the property site in the previous weeks and clicked to look again this week
Total Visitors - both new and returning
Subscribers
How to Add an Email to Receive Weekly Traffic Report:
Step 1: Go to the Site Summary
Step 2: Scroll down to Weekly Traffic Report section
Step 3: Click ‘Add Email Subscription’
Step 4: Enter in Name and Email Address
Step 5: Choose Day of the Week
Step 6: View a preview of your report and send out, if needed
Step-by-Step:
Step 1: From the Sites tab at the top of the page, click the property that you would like to add a Weekly Traffic Report subscriber to. This will take you to the Site Summary page.
Step 2: Scroll down to the Weekly Traffic Report section. Note: in the ‘Note to Seller’ box you can add text that will be visible on your report above your contact information. This is visible to everyone who receives the weekly report.
Step 3: Click ‘Add Email Subscription’ button to add a new subscriber.
Step 4: Enter in the name and email address of your new subscriber.
Step 5: Choose the date you would like your new subscriber to receive that traffic report and click ‘Ok’ to save your changes. Note: if you'd like, you can choose different days of the week for each subscriber.
Step 6: View a preview of your report by clicking ‘View Current Traffic Report’ button. You can also send the report before the scheduled date by clicking the ‘Send’ button. Note: your are unable to edit the subscribers information once entered. If you need to change any information, click the trash icon in the Remove column and enter in the new information.
Referrals
How to get a Tracking Link:
Step 1: Go to the Site Summary
Step 2: Click ‘Get a Tracking Link’
Step 3: Fill in ‘Referrer Name’
Step 4: Copy link
Step-by-Step:
Step 1: From the Sites tab at the top of the page, click the property that you would like to get a tracking link for. This will take you to the Site Summary page.
Step 2: Click ‘Get a Tracking Link’ under the Top Referrers
Step 3: Fill in the ‘Referrer Name’ field with the name you would like displayed on your Weekly Traffic Report ‘Top Referring Websites’ section.
Step 4: Copy the link by clicking the clipboard icon, and paste/share your new tracking link as desired.
