View an Invoice/Invoice History
You can view invoices for your orders in one of two ways: for single Property Site and for multiple Property Sites.
Option 1: How to View Invoices for Single Property Site
Step 1: Go to Site Summary
Step 2: Click “View Invoices” shortcut
Step 3: Select desired invoice
Step 4: Download, print or email your invoice
Step-by-Step:
Step 1: Navigate to the Sites tab in the upper right-hand corner and click the site you're wanting to view invoices for. This will take you to the Site Summary.
Step 2: In Site Summary, click the ‘View Invoices’ shortcut button; this will automatically scroll you down to the bottom of the page to see the invoices.
Step 3: Select the desired invoice you'd like to view by clicking the ‘Invoice’ button. Note: each order for the property will have its own invoice.
Step 4: The invoice popup box will appear. From here you can print or email the invoice by clicking the assigned buttons. To download your invoice, select print button; on the print screen select 'Save as PDF'.
Option 2: How to View Invoices for Multiple Property Sites or Full Account Invoice History
Step 1: Go to Account Page
Step 2: Go to Reports
Step 3: Select Purchase History
Step 4: Navigate to the desired invoice
Step 5: Filter table, if needed
Step-by-Step:
Step 1: Select the Account tab in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 2: From the left-side tabs, click ‘Reports’ to navigate to the Reports page.
Step 3: On the Reports page, click ‘Purchase History’.
Step 4: Invoices for all past orders can be found in the Purchase History table. Select ‘Invoice’ to view for a specific order. From the popup box, you can print or email the invoice. To download your invoice, click print and select ‘Save as PDF’. Note: a .CSV spreadsheet file of the whole Purchase History table can also be downloaded.
Step 5: To filter the table, use the drop-down menu to narrow the results to one property or change the dates for ‘Show purchases between’.
